I enjoy incorporating Mixed-Method analysis techniques and platforms to my work. I have used a few various software platforms around the past 5 years including Nvivo, Dedoose, Atlas.ti, and Narralizer. I use my systemic perspective to create a strong thematically consistent coding schemes and then use grounded theory to continue the code creation as I am by updating the a-priori scheme to add newer codes that better reflect the complexity of the qualitative data.
I began using qualitative data analysis to complete my thesis at the University of Maryland College Park during my Bachelor degree. I graduated with a BS in Anthropology and a minor in Jewish Studies and Classics. I analyzed a large variety of primary sources to demonstrate the importance of Greek and Roman classical mythology to modern anthropology’s investigation of life culture and society. I received a high-pass and proceeded to graduate with honors.
I completed my Master’s Degree at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel. I studied organizational behavior and discovered new ways to ground the application of my systematic and detail-oriented approach to better characterize cultural domains and the messy data typical to anthropological investigations.
