I have spent the past few years working in IT and managing both large complex projects in small startup and large corporate environments. My strength lies in understanding and communicating stakeholder expectations while leading technical teams to ensure timley completion of project objectives. I have coordinated and managed multiple comprehensive IT architecture overhauls, website design, crm creation, and operational deployments. Successfully obtained federal and state small business certifications, and managed the development of multiple custom applications (php, Python, .NET, wordpress, mySQL). I obtained my Master’s in Anthropology and Sociology from the Hebrew University. My studies focused on organizational behavior, online communities, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and culminated into a master’s research thesis studying virtual semi-anonymous decentralized collectives. I have extensive research experience with ethnological analysis, development and implementation of mixed-method coding schemes for non-tranditional 'messy' data, and performing ethnographic data analysis.
